A five-course Gulf fresh seafood feast prepared by Kristian Wade, Executive Chef at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, MS, featuring coast-inspired courses from Coraline’s, Beau Rivage’s newest fine dining restaurant. This exuberant, seated dinner will be served under the stars at St. Francisville's iconic Magnolia Café. With wine pairings by Eberle Winery of Paso Robles, CA. Winemaker Chris Eberle will be in attendance to introduce the wines and vineyard. A "get-ready-to-fest" after-party with live band on the Magnolia Café stage will follow.
EBERLE WINES
Winery owner Gary Eberle grew up in Pennsylvania. Winemaker Chris Eberle, who is not related to Gary, grew up in (then) rural San Luis Obispo, California. It could be fate that they ended up working together, but Chris believes it has more to do with the love of the Central Coast and the quality of the grapes grown here.
